PASTA WITH PEPPER, TOMATO, BASIL

Materials
Mediterranean Ingredients:
- 3 red, yellow or orange peppers
- A handful of cherry tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic
- 5 tablespoons olive oil
- Basil
- 400g pasta
- Salt and pepper
Fabrication
How it’s done:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cut the peppers longitudinally, remove the seeds and dice. Put the peppers on the tray. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and place them in the peppers. Slice the garlic thinly and squeeze with tomatoes. Blend the peppers with 2 tablespoons olive oil salt and fresh pepper. Place half the leaves of the basil on the vegetables. And bake a little in the oven. Roast the leftover basil with the remaining 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Add a little salt on top. Then add your vegetables in the oven and cook until a little caramelised. Cook the pasta. Toss the cooked, drained pasta into the sauce and roast, stirring, for 1-2 minutes.
