  • 1 medium carrot

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 meal k. tomato paste
  • Pepper, turmeric, paprika, mint
  • Salt

  • Gravy

We wash and strain the lentils. We grate potatoes, carrots and onions. We finely chop the onion garlic, fill the pot with lentils and all the other ingredients and put enough hot water on top to boil. We boil and pass through the blender until the lentils are dispersed. Wait a while, warm up, then add the milk, salt, pepper and turmeric. Then add as much water as you want to your favorite consistency, boil a stone and close it. You can serve the butter or oil in a pan until the paste is mountainous, adding red chili peppers, mint and pouring over the soup.
