INGREDIENTS

  • 1 kg spinach
  • 500 g chicken breast meat
  • 2 onions
  • 1 Red ( capya ) pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 200 g cheddar cheese (6 slices)
  • Pepper
  • Curry
  • Salt

For Bechamel Sauce

  • 1/2 milk
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
  • Spice
  • Salt

Extract the spinach, wash it well and chop it. First put the diced onion in an olive oil pan and roast until it turns color, then cook over a light heat for 20 minutes, adding the spinach, pepper and salt. Keep it a little juicy.

With the help of a scoop, pour the bechamel sauce evenly over the portioned spinach in the baking tray in the form of a cross, sprinkle the remaining grated cheddar cheeses on top and decorate them separately with the chopped capya pepper in strips and bake in a preheated 160 degree oven for about 20-25 minutes.
