200 g of cultivated mushrooms
200 g chestnut mushrooms
200 g oyster mushrooms
2 cloves of garlic
1 onion
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 liter of vegetable stock or chicken stock
juice of 1 lemon
2 tablespoons of flour
3 tablespoons of butter

Throw the chopped mushroom in the heated pan and sauté for 5 minutes, while adding the olive oil. Then add the chopped onion and garlic and continue sautéing for 2-3 more minutes.
In another saucepan, melt the butter and add the flour. Then slowly add the chicken broth. After adding the sautéed vegetables, lemon juice and spices, let it boil.
After boiling, pass through the blender and serve.
While serving, you can add sautéed mushrooms, cream and olive oil.
