Materials

1 Kale.

1 Egg.

1 Small Bunch of Basil.

1/2 Bunch of Parsley.

100g Baby Carrots.

2 Slices of Toast Bread.

2 Cans of Peeled Tomatoes.

200g Spring Onion.

4 Anchovy Fillets.

5 tablespoons Liquid Oil.

500g Ground Beef.

7 tablespoons Olive Oil.

80g Walnut Pieces.

80g Dried Tomatoes.

Black Pepper.

Kale Leaves.

Salt.

Fabrication

Wash the kale leaves, dry them, and chop finely. Peel and chop the carrots and kale in a food processor. Strain the peeled tomatoes and chop them, collecting their juice in a bowl.

Chop the onions. In 4 tablespoons of olive oil, sauté half of the onions, 2 minced cloves of garlic, carrots, kale, and tomato pieces.

Add the tomato juice, sprinkle with powder and black pepper, and cook for 30 minutes over low heat.

Finely chop the walnuts and chop the dried tomatoes. Stir fry the remaining onions, garlic, and walnuts in 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Chop the toast bread and crumble it in a food processor. Finely chop the parsley, basil, and mint.
Mix the meat mixture with egg, crumbled toast bread, dried tomatoes, walnut mixture, parsley, basil, and mint. Add salt and pepper while mixing.
