- 2 small sea bass
- 2 potatoes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3~4 sprigs dill
- Salt
- Pepper
- Red chili pepper
- Juice of half a lemon
- 2 aubergines
- 4 tablespoons cottage yogurt
- 1 clove garlic
Fabrication
How to Grill Sea bass?
Clean and wash the scales and the insurbs. Dry with paper towels. Rub the olive oil in and on top and cook on the grill.
Peel and chop the garlic. Put the cottage yogurt, chopped dill and garlic in a bowl and stir. Wash and dry the eggplants.
Pierce several places with the blade and roast in the oven. Once the aubergines have softened, cut them so that they do not break longitudinally, adding light olive oil, a few drops of lemon juice and salt and stirring.
Divide the cottage yogurt into the aubergines. Peel and boil the potatoes. When the potatoes are tender, cut them longitudinally into four and cook in the spice-added olive oil for 2-3 minutes.
Put the grilled perch on a serving plate. Add the aubergines and potatoes and serve hot. Enjoy your meal
