INGREDIENTS
- 500 g okra, stem parts conical cut
- 2 onions, chopped
- 4 large tomatoes, peeled, diced
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt
Fabrication
Heat the olive oil in the pan and pinken the chopped onions and cloves of garlic. Put the diced tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add the okra, the stem parts of which are cut into conical shapes. Add the hot water and salt and close the lid of the pot. Cook over medium heat for 25-30 minutes. Cover the bottom of the stove by adding the juice and granulated sugar of the lemon.
