Mediterranean Mushroom Chicken Sauté
- A boneless chicken breast
- 4-5 cut mushrooms
- 1 large onion
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 1 large carrot
- Cumin
- Thyme
- Pepper
- Salt
- Olive oil
Fabrication
Mushroom Chicken Sauté
As a wok does not stick to the pan, pour a small amount of olive oil to cover the surface completely. Add cumin, pepper and salt. Cut the onion into a ring and add it. Add grated carrots. Chop the peppers into it. Mix all the ingredients with a wooden spoon. Roast the mixture over a high heat until cooked through. Add the chicken breast, which you cut into cubes. When cooking chicken, add the thyme and mushrooms. When they’re all cooked, serve with rice.
