Let’s get our ingredients ready first. We wash our mushrooms, and then we take some of the stem parts and line them to the size we want. We put it in lemon water so they don’t darken. Toss the lemon in the water.
We chop our chicken meat little by little.
Then we take the seeds of our peppers and chop both green and red pepper.
We peel our tomatoes and chop them into very small cubes.
We peel our onions and chop them little by little.
We put our chicken meat in a saucepan or deep pan and roast it. We keep roasting until we release the water and drain it. Then we add a little oil.
We add our peppers and continue to roast, stirring. Then we add our tomato paste. We roast it until it smells.
We drain our mushrooms well and add them. A few minutes later, we add our tomatoes. We’re adding the salt. After releasing the mushroom’s own juice and waiting for it to pull out a little, we add hot water and leave to cook over a low heat.
We cook and turn off the stove until our meat and mushrooms are tender. Add the pepper, mix it, let it rest a little and serve hot.
Enjoy your meal…
