Mediterranean Greens Salad Recipe, How to Make
Soup and salad are a must for our dinners in our house. I only need two, but there are only three men in the house, and it would be too optimistic to expect them to settle for just soup and salad! As with any house, we usually prefer classic shepherd’s salad or green salad as a salad. If there are ingredients, we also love the Mediterranean Greens Salad. If you say what is a Mediterranean Green Salad, we can say that the classic green salad is a little richer in content. As the name suggests, the Mediterranean Greens Salad is a salad prepared with plants grown in the Mediterranean. We use most of these plants as often as we can, except for two or three of them. As Mediterranean greens, we can count fresh mint, dill, parsley, arugula, cress, lamb’s ear, semistude, curly, lettuce, reyhan, basil, endivian (fringed lettuce), lollorosso (lettuce with red-purple color at the ends), poloros (a type of chicory that resembles purple cabbage). Of course, you do not have to use all these ingredients to prepare the Mediterranean Greens Salad. You can prepare whatever you have with them.
