Mediterranean Chicken
- 4 chicken buddies
- 4 tablespoons yogurt
- 3 teaspoons tomato paste
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt, pepper, flakes
For service: - Potatoes and carrots
Fabrication
After washing the chicken thighs, dry them with paper towels. In a large bowl, mix the yogurt, tomato paste, battered garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper and flakes. Cover all the chicken thighs with this sauce and leave in the sauce for 2 hours. Then place the thighs on a baking tray lined with greaseprocese. Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven until browned. Serve hot with boiled potatoes and carrots.
