1 cauliflower
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
75 g gorgonzola cheese (moldy cheese)

Construction
In olive oil, sweat the onion and garlic.
Add the cauliflower and chicken broth and add the spices. Cook over medium heat until the cauliflowers are completely tender.
