Ingredients for Artichoke Fish Recipe
- 800 g daily sea fish
- 5 artichokes (cut in half or four by size)
- 1/2 cup peas (Depending on desire)
- 1 cup mussels in
- 1 onion (large chopped)
- 1/4 cup lemon juice + 1/2 lemon juice
- Olive oil, salt and pepper
How to Make Fish with Artichokes?
In a large saucepan, sweat the onion in the olive oil and add the juice of half a lemon with the cleaned artichokes in it.
Cook for 20 minutes, adding enough water to cover.
Then add all the other ingredients and cook for another 7-8 minutes and serve hot.
