Materials
- 2 cups boiled chickpeas
- 1 lemon
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 (Half) cup tahini
- Enough salt
- 1/4 (Quarter) cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon powdered cumin
Fabrication
Add salt, cumin, lemon juice, garlic and tahini to the boiled chickpeas and pass them through the blender until smooth.
Put the ready-made hummus in the service containers. If you wish, you can serve it by garnishing it with parsley, whole chickpeas and olive oil
