Ingredients for Lamb Artichoke Recipe
- 4 artichokes (we use them by dividing them into four each)
- 500g medium-fat lamb bird’s head
- A soup bowl of chopped shallots (I soaked them in water after peeling)
- Juice of 3 oranges
- 5-6 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 edible chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon flour
- For the top;
