Ingredients:
4 chicken legs
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
4 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1 onion
A pinch of black pepper
A pinch of thyme
3-4 tablespoons olive oil
7-8 black olives

How to Make Mediterranean Style Chicken
In a bowl, put the chicken legs and mix in the spices and olive oil using your hands. Place the chicken in a cast iron pan (or a thick bottomed non-stick pan). Cover and cook until both sides are crispy. Transfer to a serving plate.
