Brownie muffins have never been easier to make. This magnificent taste that will sweeten your mouth will be an unforgettable taste for your guests as well. For those of you who can’t give up brownies, here’s a great brownie muffin recipe.

- 1 pack of cocoa
- Half a pack of dark chocolate
- 1.5 cups sugar
- 1 pack of margarine
- 10 tablespoons water
- 1.5 cups flour
- 1 pack of baking soda
We boil sugar, water and cocoa in a saucepan. Then we remove from the fire and add our oil. We add half a packet of bitter chocolate and leave our mixture to warm. We reserve about half a cup of this mixture as we will polish it on top of the cake. Then the egg yolks separated from the whites are added to the mixture left in the pot and whisked with a fork. On the other side, we put a little salt in the egg whites that we have reserved and beat them with the help of a mixer until they become white foam.
When the egg whites are foam, we add baking soda and flour and add them to our cocoa liquid mixture in the pot. All these mixtures we mix with the help of a fork so that the foam does not fade. We divide this mixture into muffin molds. We set our oven to 175 degrees and bake for 35 minutes. When the brownie muffin comes out of the oven, we remember to put it on the cocoa mixture that we have reserved on it. Enjoy honey and sugar:)
